Eligibility: The contest is open to legal residents of USA who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Veba Baby, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.Void where prohibited.
Contest Period: The contest begins on June 4, 2024 and ends on June 18, 2024 at 11:59PM.
How to Enter: Complete the Veba Baby survey during the contest period. Each participant can submit only one entry. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
Selection of Winners: Two winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries. The random drawing will be conducted by June 30, 2024 by Veba Baby or its designated representatives, whose decisions are final.
Prizes: Each of the two winners will receive a $100 Amazon gift card. The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items.
Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via email after the drawing. Winners must respond to the notification email within 30 days to claim their prize. Failure to respond within this time period will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner will be selected.
General Conditions: Veba Baby reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the contest, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Veba Baby's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the contest, as determined by Veba Baby in its sole discretion. Veba Baby reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the contest or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the contest constitutes winners' consent to Veba Baby's use of their names, likenesses, entries, and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
Limitation of Liability: Veba Baby is not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the contest; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to, malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the contest; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the contest or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the contest or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in [your jurisdiction]; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this contest, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
