Return & Cancellation Policy for Veba Baby Online Sales
Returns: Products are only eligible for a refund if found defective by Veba. If you receive a
defective product you may request a refund by first emailing support at support@vebababy.com,
upon approval, the return process will be initiated. A refund will be issued provided: (i) the items
were not designated as non-returnable due to substantial prior use, wear and tear, negligence, or
damage; (ii) your return is made within thirty (30) days of delivery; and (iii) the merchandise is
returned in the same condition as originally received by you; and (iv) the goods are not obsolete
or discontinued. Once the goods are received by us, we will refund your purchase price, less the
original shipping & handling charges and a 20% restocking fee. All returns must be made
pursuant to the specific return procedure specifically set forth on the site (which can be found at:
https://www.vebababy.com/). You bear the risk of loss or damage during shipment (other than
when returning non-conforming merchandise) and as such, you are advised to obtain appropriate
insurance. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the
applicable purchase.
Cancellations: You may cancel your order at any time prior to the order shipping. Once shipped,
the order can no longer be canceled. Cancellations can be requested by emailing
support@vebababy.com before the item has shipped
