Dr. Hope Lima is an international board certified lactation consultant (IBCLC), registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN), and nutrition researcher who is dedicated to elevating care for mothers and their infants. She has a PhD in nutrition, as well as advanced training in pediatric food allergies, pediatric metabolism and family counseling based on the Internal Family Systems model.

Dr. Lima established Hope Feeds Families in 2023, where she and her team provide lactation services and nutrition counseling to families around her home of Rock Hill, South Carolina. She also founded Feeding Families Education, an organization providing professional training in nutrition, dietetics and lactation. Hope’s aim is to improve the way we train clinicians, empowering professionals with continued education to help them deliver better care to their patients.
